Terms of Service

Thanks for using AppKraft. These terms are the agreement between you and AppKraft for the use of the macOS application. By installing or buying AppKraft, you agree to them.

Your license

When you buy AppKraft, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial work. The license is one-time — there's no subscription, no recurring billing, and no expiry. You can install AppKraft on up to three Macs you personally own or use.

Refunds

If AppKraft doesn't work for you, email us within 30 daysof purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Direct purchases are refunded through the payment processor. Mac App Store purchases are refunded by Apple via the standard refund request flow.

Updates

Your license includes all future updates to AppKraft. We may release major new versions as separate products in the future, but bugfixes, performance improvements, new templates, and new features land in the version you bought.

What you can do

• Use AppKraft to design and export screenshots for your apps, your clients' apps, or any commercial work.
• Sell screenshots produced with AppKraft. We don't take a cut, we don't claim copyright on your output.
• Install AppKraft on every Mac you own (up to three).

What you can't do

• Share your license key publicly or sell it to others.
• Reverse-engineer or modify the application binary, except to the extent allowed by local law.
• Use AppKraft to produce screenshots for illegal content or anything that violates App Store / Play Store guidelines.
• Redistribute the AppKraft application itself.

Bundled content

AppKraft ships with device mockups, stickers, gradient presets, and templates that we license to you for use inside the app. You may export screenshots that include this content. You may not extract these assets to redistribute as standalone files.

Device mockups are derived from publicly available sources (e.g., mockuphone.com) under their respective licenses. Apple, Google, and device manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their owners; AppKraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Warranty disclaimer

AppKraft is provided "as is." While we work hard to make sure it's solid, we can't promise it will be bug-free, available 24/7, or compatible with every future macOS release. We can't promise that the screenshots you produce will be approved by Apple App Store Review or Google Play Review — that's their call.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppKraft's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

You can stop using AppKraft at any time. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms — for example, by publicly sharing your license key. We'll usually email you first if we can.

Changes

We may revise these terms occasionally. We'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
