Privacy Policy

AppKraft is a native macOS application that runs entirely on your Mac. We designed it to work offline by default, which means we don't collect much. This page tells you exactly what we do and don't collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What stays on your Mac

Every screenshot you design, every template you save, every asset you import — all of it lives on your computer. AppKraft does not upload your documents anywhere. We don't have a server that stores them, because we don't need one.

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you buy a license, so we can send you the receipt and the license key.
• Your license key— stored locally in your macOS Keychain after activation, so you don't have to enter it again.
• Anonymous crash reports — only if you opt in via System Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics. AppKraft does not ship its own analytics SDK.

What we don't collect

• No usage telemetry. We don't track which features you use, how long you spend in the app, or what templates you pick.
• No document contents. Your headlines, screenshots, and exports are yours alone.
• No third-party trackers. AppKraft has no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Sentry.
• No ad networks. Ever.

When AppKraft talks to the network

AppKraft makes a network connection only in these specific cases, and you can disable each:

• License activation — once, when you enter your license key. Subsequent launches read the cached entitlement from Keychain.
• Update checks — if enabled in Settings, the app pings our update feed on launch to see if a newer version is available.

Children

AppKraft isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age range.

Your rights

Because we collect so little, there isn't much to manage — but you can email hello@appkraft.appany time to request a copy of anything we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice in the app the next time you launch it.
